PATTI FALUS
CTB: President/CEO

As President and CEO, Patti Falus is the founder and driving force of Barter Network Ltd. A Certified Trade Broker (CTB) with over a decade of experience in barter, Patti is a recognized expert in this multi-billion dollar industry: Through the late 90ís, she toured North America, lecturing seasoned brokers on the merits and advantages of a barter economy. Patti also sits on the board of the National Association of Trade Exchanges. Starting Barter Network Ltd. in July 2000, Patti's energy, enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding service and value, remains the cornerstone of the brokerage, today. BNL stands alone as Canada's largest and fastest growing barter exchange. In 2004 she was awarded Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in the Start Up Catagory.

DAVID HOLLAND
CTB: Vice President

David brings an aptitude for sales and marketing very rarely seen in any industry. With over 12 years of barter experience David is a Certified Trade Broker who specializes in Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances. In the past few years, David has secured partnerships with over 2000 companies that include Rogers Communications/Media, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Yahoo! Canada and Sympatico/MSN. As well David has signed several key partnerships with organizations like Toronto Board of Trade where BNL has become one of only 46 companies with Enterprise Partner status. As Patti's only partner in Barter Network and its Vice President, David introduces barter to many of Canada's Profit 100 companies and creates partnerships that have helped Barter Network grow into, by far, the largest barter company in the country.

DAVE SCHIFF
CTB: Senior Travel Broker

Before coming to Barter Network, Dave Schiff spent 10+ years working in the customer service and childcare industry. Considering himself a “people person”, Dave joined BNL in November 2002, as the office manager and administrator. Using the skills he learned from his time here at BNL, Dave moved on to head BNL’s busy travel department in November of 2005.

STEVE BERMAN
Senior Trade Broker

Steve joins the Barter Network team with over a decade of sales and customer service experience. He provides assistance for all of our members' Printing and Signage needs as well as brokering the Web Design and Graphic Design members of BNL. As the Print/Web Broker Steve is able to help your company get noticed and have an online presence.

SHANNON NIEBERGALL
CTB: Senior Trade Broker

In her first few years at Barter Network, Shannon has brought with her an extensive background in customer service. Shannon's day to day responsibilities include brokering print media and retail sales. With an ever growing base, Shannon's experience will help her as she grows in the barter industry.

CHRISTINE KANHOYE
Administrator

Christine is one of the newest members of the Barter Network team. She comes to BNL with over 15 years of business experience and takes over all of the day to day administrative duties. With a keen sense of customer service and excellent organizational skills Chrsitine is sure to help take BNL to the next level.

CHRIS PARTRIDGE
Marketing Director

Chris joins the BNL team as a newcomer to the barter industry, to take on the marketing responsibilities for Barter Network Ltd., and the internal marketing of our clients and partners. Chris will also be helping to further develop the Barter Network website and the BNL online showroom, allowing our customers easier access to the products BNL is able to provide. In his relatively short career in marketing, Chris has already gained award winning recognition for his work and hopes to utilize his experience to help Barter Network grow, and help our customers develop new business opportunities.

DANA KOCIS
Reception

Dana comes to BNL with 8 years of customer service and administration experience and has proven to be a great asset to our team. She truly enjoys meeting and greeting clients, and supporting our brokers in providing the best service possible.

BRAD ROYLANCE
Customer Service Representative

Brad comes to BNL with a background in Customer Service and Film. Coming to us from one of the worlds most established corporate conference organizations. His responsibilities will include working with clients within all of our bases to assist them with their everyday business and personal needs. With Brad’s creative background, small town charm, and his experience in customer service, he will be a valuable addition to the BNL team.

PAULA LAMAS
Customer Service Representative

Before being introduced to Barter Network, Paula has acquired an abundance of experience from the Hospitality Industry. Previously working in Events she has become familiar with clients needs and wants as well as fortified her interpersonal skills while dealing with a variety of different clients. While jumping into the barter world the novelty still continues as she is taking on every task without letup and looking forward to building her own base.

MAURICE GIBBS
Customer Service Representative

Maurice Gibbs offers BNL an extensive background in customer service and ability to recreate relationships to better help clients network and trade!! Coming from a background of technical support, Maurice has the ability to relay product knowledge and assist in customer/client matters. Also worked for various non profit organizations which have enabled him to successfully aid contributions & donations and demonstrated leadership by delegating pressing matters.

Customer Service Representative

Beau comes to BNL with extensive customer service and sales training with a background in event planning. He is adept at the assessment of the needs of an individual client to tailor their barter experience to yield the most positive results. A master of multi tasking and problem solving, Beau will find you what you are looking for to get the most value out of your barter dollar.

DALLAS
Director Of Greetings (D.O.G.)

Dallas brings a very unique skill set to BNL, welcoming clients to our office with a wag of his tail, and what can only be described as a smile on his face. He strives to make each clients visit a pleasant one, and with his willingness to please, has become one of BNL’s most valued staff members.
